I’m Maria, an artist, intuitive and facilitator. Since 2018, I’ve been creating spaces to explore our inner world and how it finds expression through the body and everyday life. My method, Creation from the Heart, is a way of discovering our inner world and imagination as active participants in the creative process of life.
My work includes workshops, books, art and meditation circles. I’m here to help you create a life that feels more heart-led, alive and true to your soul.
About Creation from the Heart
This method is about exploring how something moves from the non-physical into the physical – through our thoughts, intentions, energy and actions.
The heart-led approach also invites us to look beyond our desires and the inner tension of constantly trying to optimise who we are. CFTH asks: who is this person who desires, and from what kind of awareness are they creating?
There is a natural creativity to life, and change is constant. So the inquiry becomes: who am I becoming, and what does life want to express through this ever-changing container of my being? In this way creation becomes a dialogue between our inner experience and the outer life.

It’s an embodied way to create and deepen the spiritual inquiry around desire without suppressing our life force energy. It also gives practices and tools to maintain our manifestations. The heart way is finding the joy from both our human life and our divine expression.

Creation from the Heart is about participating in our own life as co-creator with the natural flow of things. We can affect a lot to the outcomes of our life by our inner state, but there’s also the mystical part of life itself being inherently creative.
